Andrew has started a new challenge, and it would be churlish not to join in.
So this week, we’re off to Havana, Cuba:

To See a World in a Grain of Sand...
Oh, I like these. That last picture has all my favourites together – windows, doors, balconies and washing!
Yes, I thought it might appeal, Andrew!
Great. I do think that people of Spanish, Portuguese and Italian heritage provide the best lines, don’t you?
Indeed…Italy and Cuba provided me with my best images, I really can’t recall whether I got any in Spain or Portugal, but I did see them
Spain for sure.
Well, silly me if I dint get any images
This appeal to me, my kind of photos.
Mine too! I’m thinking of the first time I noticed washing in the streets, in Arles, Provence….now I’ve got to locate the 30 year old transparency and scan it in…..if I can summon up the energy
Hope you can find the energy. I’ve taken few similar shots too
Will you show them?
I have to look for them, though yours are nicer
Really?
I’ll post few, so you can see 🙂
Good!
A good one for you, Sue. I think you have a few washing lines to choose from, if memory serves me.
Best wishes, Pete.
Well remembered, Sue! I remembered yesterday, but forgot again today 🙂 🙂 Love the last one.
My favourite, Jo!
This is one thing I don’t see to often here. Maybe more in the south, which I haven’t really visited.
Wonderful photos. Did you and Margaret collaborate this week? 😀
We’re comparing notes tomorrow!
I saw Margaret’s right before I saw yours. 😀 😀
😊
I must look up some for this. I wonder why we find foreign washing attractive? I bet none of us photograph our own washing lines!
I did nice take an image of sheets, trying to get motion blur!
I love the colour coordination of washing and building.
Good, isn’t it!
Oh, I must join in. I love washing lines 😀 And I live your Havana shots, Sue
Fab! Pleased to see my Havana shots bring back memories….but you must have some better ones of your own
so must I!
😄😄😄
