This month, Jude has chosen Yellow, and a trawl of recent images and my archives has shown me that, to my amazement, I have quite a few! Everything from flowers, autumn trees, cars, buildings and fabric…
For today my images are architecture and street, all from Italy – Gubbio and Lucca

Excellent. We’ll compare notes tomorrow at 3.00 ?
3pm it is!
🙂
I really enjoy the balcony shots.
I love a good balcony!
Nice yellow selection, Sue. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
Thanks, Pete!
Pleased you like these, Pete
Lovely floral art. And who can resist shutters, even green ones 😁
Shutters of any colour! Green against a yellow wall look good….
They do indeed. And you can always use them again later down the track. 😊
😄😄
A nice selection, Sue. Lucca is probably my favourite 🙂 🙂
Have you ever been to Gubbio?
Afraid not, Sue 😦
Sad….
What a great photo. 😀
Which one, Cee?
Oh, who can resist these, Sue! Yellow is the colour of spring!
More to come next week!
♥
😊😊
Love the happy yellow walls and green shutters. Like the “new”? Way of showcasing them. Is this a new option WP have given us? I’ve not seen it on a blog before.
Well, gallery’s and slideshows have been available for ages, but it does seem that how you see posts depends on what device you are using, mor how well the blog owner has set u.p a post!
Love your choice, Sue.
And plenty more to come!
Nice selection. Not been to Lucca, but Gubbio is lovely,
I have happy memories of both
Lovely selection and that shutter that opens up half way is a new one for me. Never afraid to use colour is what I love about that part of the world.
I saw a few shutters that opened half way up, and agreed re: colour
Lovely collection of yellows!
Have to ask – the floor art: is it made of coloured flour? or are there flowers too? It looks like a representation of the Eucharist celebration?
Coloured flour is what I was told, but I think there were some real flowers as well, and yes, I am sure it was Eucharist
Great slide show Perhaps you should have saved that washing line for Andrew 😉
Oh, it can have another appearance!
oh these are lovely 😀 I must get organised with my yellow!
Yes, you must’
On the case now!
Yay! And I need to set up my ancient Dell so I can scan an image from Arles, circa 1989
I have an app on my phone now that’s great at scanning, might be worth seeing if you can get an app for your tablet to do the same
I have a scanner app on my iPad for printed stuff…..not 35mm transparencies!
there’s an app for transparencies too now!
Hmm, I’m not convinced of the quality….. Still using (when I go through the rigours of setting it all up) my trusty Nikon Coolscan from 1991!
Great choice, I love it, Sue. 🙂
Thanks, Amy!
