Street / 32

Today, a grey, wet day.

So here’s a grey image, but taken on a day when a weak sun was casting some fairly faint shadows. But the sun got stronger later that day. No chance of sun here today, though.

  1. Nice patterns in the pathway, Sue.
Same here with the weather. More or less dark, and been raining for almost 18 hours now.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  2. Sure looks grey and dismal

  3. Great collection of lines and shapes

  4. But if grey is in black and white, is it really grey? πŸ™‚ I wonder if you hadn’t mentioned it was a grey, wet day, if we would have gotten that impression or just enjoyed the shot as a monochrome.

  5. Lovely lines and patterns, Sue. We have this last sunny day – then rain for the rest of the week it seems…

  6. None? Wall to wall blue here today, Sue. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ It’s a strong image though.

  7. I had an Escher moment as I scrolled through this photo πŸ™‚

  8. Yesterday really was a miserable day. You found a rewarding composition, Sue. The path weaves through the frame very well.
