Such fun photo Sue for the week’s hats. You brought a huge smile to my face. 😀
It’s always good to create smiles, Cee! Glad you liked…
Good selection of hats, Sue. I have always wanted to be able to look good in a hat, but none of them ever suited me. (I like the arrangement above too. Very classy.)
Best wishes, Pete.
Thanks, Pete! The one on the left is one of mine, I didn’t fit the other into this photograph, and the others belong to two friends. I like hats, and fortunately they seem to suit me if I choose wisely…I now own three for summer, one for winter. Must get another winter one!
I have one a lot like this. I bought it in Kiev, many years ago. It has to be very cold to wear it!

My, oh my…Arctic gear!
It was -20 C when I bought it. It was March 1977, and it still looks in good order. I think it is rabbit, but they sold it as ‘Sable.’
We need to see a ‘selfie’ Pete 😉😉
Whenever I wear a hat, people look to see where my Carer has gone to!
Never!
I love this – the combination of objets d’art, and useful hats. And what very nice alcoves.
This was taken in the villa we stayed at in Lanzarote….I loved those alcoves!
Very nice selection. Sue. The middle one is my pick. 🙂
I’ll tell my friend!
Those are fine hats!
Glad you like ’em!
A good hat can take you anywhere you want to go…Safe journeys Sue.
Thanks, Charlie…I plan on a few journeys!
The hats are cool but the terracotta pot above is a beauty!
I agree – would that it were mine!
Sue, love your set up! photo is wonderful with its hint of Asian Wabi Sabi influencing the whole. less is more, its nice and clean. each element hints of time, age, use, function, impermanence. great composition!
Love your description!
thanks Sue!
Wonderfully jaunty! Might I borrow that second from left? 🙂
You’ll need to ask my friend!
It’s probably the wrong size anyway 😦
Hi Sue, What a fun photo! We are a hat family too.
Glad you liked it!
love the composition- it’s a smile image!!
A smile image – I like it!
