Just One Person from Around the World : Turkey (3)

We were in Fethiye, and exploring the market area, and got chatting to the owner of a fish restaurant…it looked good, so off we went that evening.

So close to the market, there was a great choice of fish for our meal. The owner and head chef fillets my fish for me before bringing it to the table:

  1. Great concentration and wonderful photo of a slice of life Sue 🙂 🙂

  2. Nice not to have to mess with any bones! 🙂
    Best wishes, Pete.

  3. I’m a big fish fan – I’d have joined you 🙂

  4. It is wonderful to see a dedication to craft, even if it is fish deboning. You captured that well.

  5. A lovely little portrait, Sue. And fish sounds delicious.

  6. Looks like you had a lovely meal.We missed Fethiye (Turkey is huge) but that meal looks so delicious that I wonder whether I should go back to visit.
