We were in Fethiye, and exploring the market area, and got chatting to the owner of a fish restaurant…it looked good, so off we went that evening.
So close to the market, there was a great choice of fish for our meal. The owner and head chef fillets my fish for me before bringing it to the table:

Looks like you had a lovely meal.We missed Fethiye (Turkey is huge) but that meal looks so delicious that I wonder whether I should go back to visit.
