Yesterday I got out briefly for Fresh air and sun…it was a glorious day. During my perambulations I spied a tree that I think could have been a cherry tree with a suggestion of a tiny number of blossoms:

Lovely day here today so far, Sue.
Best wishes, Pete.

Yes it is! And the birds are singing.
And they are! My friend and I were commenting on the birds searching for a mate!
Lots of blossom in the garden I visited on Thursday – glorious magnolias and camellias, but not so much in the way of cherry. Some almond blossom yesterday. And catkins! Hope this sunny spell lasts.
Ooh, where did you go?
Fairly local, just outside Penzance. You have to pre-book of course so it is a bit of a gamble with the weather!
Yes, but you struck lucky!
Blossom time already! Wow! Not here … 😦
Well, you are ‘up north’!

Oh I bet that tree was a ray of hope for this spring. 😀 😀 We aren’t that far along yet. Maybe if we have more sun this week 😀 😀
