Amazing shapes
And a lot of work!
Yes
😊😊
Rather him than me. Those styles require a lot of fiddly work to maintain. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
Just what I thought!
Whenever I see the word topiary I think of (with a shudder) the book “The Shining”. And Pete is correct: lots fiddly maintenance required!
Don’t know, and have no intention of knowing, The Shining …..😊
Probably a good idea if you don’t like nightmares!
😄😄😄
Are you a fan, Sue? It’s clever stuff, but not for me.
No, not for me!
Lots of work behind the scene.

I’m in agreement with you, Otto
I’m not a huge fan, but it can look good in the right place. I do like cloud pruning though.
This wasn’t the right place! And what’s cloud pruning, Jude?
The trees you see in temples in Thailand and Japan. Where the leaves and branches look like clouds.
Oh, Ok!
Very high maintenance. 😅
Indeed!
They’re striking, but I prefer plants left to grow their own way.
Oh, totally agree!
