For this week’s Weekly Photo challenge, colour, I have chosen to go for colours in the natural world – flowers and some leaves. I was going to go a completely different route, and choose a single colour, but decided in the end to go for bright….need cheering up after the recent grey, gloomy weather.
Beautiful colours. Nature is the best artist ever known.
Thanks for your comment, and I agree with nature being a great artist…
nature at its best color 🙂

The top right shot of the fall colored leafs is my favorite. A full frame shot would have some real impact showing more of the leafs (close-up) and really accent the colors.
Thanks for your comment. Problem with this shot is I took it late in the day, using flash as I had no tripod with me, and that, of course, has flattened the image…
Love the dark purple/black tulips!! Tulips are such beautiful spring flowers!
Thanks! These were in my Mum’s garden, and I was so struck by the colours, I took the photo and then did the painterly effect with an iPad app.
love these! beautiful. 🙂
Many thanks! I debated over what to post for this prompt, but I chose well, I think.
