It would appear to fit the bill!
Does rather!
How fabulous 🙂
Thanks, Brian – we had a good trip!
Definitely black, and no doubt a great experience to ride on too.
Best wishes, Pete.
It was brilliant, and I even got to ride on the footplate
Oh what a terrific photo of the old locomotive 😀
Thanks, Cee…had a wonderful trip being pulled by that loco a couple of decades ago
Now that’s a great locomotive
It was, I got to ride on the footplate on one part of the journey, very hot and noisy!!
but exhilarating too I bet!
Oh, absolutely!
Great shot, Sue. And must have been a great experience.
It certainly was, Debbie!
What a beauty!
It was!
Looks great – did you ride this train?
Yes, for a week!
Sounds fantastic!
Most enjoyable, there was a piano bar, the bunks were old style orient express, the dining car was great….aaah, memories! And the scenery great
Did it emit great black smoke to go with its jet black self?
It did, sometimes!
What a beauty!
It was quite a sight!
Good picture ! Hello from France
Many thanks, Juliette!
