A visit to Guildford yesterday to meet friends for lunch had me searching out a couple of buildings with Ghost Signs. I don’t often come across them now, but did a bit o& research
First up, on my way from the station into town…some very indistinct lettering:

Great idea…. I have for many years passed a sign (in the car) high on the side of an old shop. I have been meaning to stop and get a shot…… it is fading rapidly. Its for Morning Glory – can you guess what it advertised ?
Not a flippin’ clue…breakfast cereal? Do stop and get that shot before it fades into oblivion!
Sunlight brand new Instant Coffee …. I guess when instant was first invented the 😀
