Lens artists Photo Challenge #207: Seeing Double

This week, guest host Jez asked us to post on seeing double…for his part he posted reflections, but I shall see what I can come up with

First, let’s see double with a heron:

staying with reflections, now for some ducks on a frozen lake:

…and now for a quiet scene in Northern France:

My last two images won’t be reflections, but (almost) seeing double:

A pair of juvenile cormorants:

and lastly, a pair of metal chairs either side of a table:

  1. Lovely eclectic mix. I think Jez will be pleased!

  2. Oh Sue, what wonderful reflections and doubles you have for Jez’s challenge 😀

  3. Fabulous double Sue 🙂
PS I had trouble commenting on site. I did it OK from Reader though. Next post it was back to being able to comment. Maybe it was a setting on that post being a Lens-Artist hosting or something

  4. I like all of these, Sue 🤗💗

  5. Great choices. One must stick one’s neck out! LOVE the Northern France too.

  6. I love the cormorants. They look like they are sitting on the back of a crocodile. But a question: how does one get told about the ‘photo challenge’?

  7. Fantastic response for the challenge, Sue 👏 I’ve had issues with WP as well, trying to track down people’s posts has been annoying 😩 So glad you persevered, your bird doubles, both reflected & paired are superb 😃 The winner for me was the tranquil scene in France; I could spend all day staring at that 😁 Thanks for joining in the fun 😊

  8. Your finds turned out to be lovely!

  9. You made some very good choices for the challenge, Sue.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  10. Some super shots, especially the reflections. My favourite has to be the scene in Northern France – so light and dreamy!
