To See a World in a Grain of Sand...
A very English scene!
Indeed so, Becky!
Gorgeous Susan
Thanks, Sheree!
Looks very organised to me
Well, yes
It’s lasted well. Nice shot, Sue!
Thanks, Jo!
Too handsome to be odd! But a nice shot.
Well, follies are in Becky’s allowed things!
Of corse! Follies are by definition odd.
😊😊👍
A gorgeous scene. Was it a moat at one time?
Oh no, it’s just a folly in a landscape garden
Just imagine the amount of work it takes to keep all that landscaping in order!!!
Well, it’s owned by the National Trust, so it gets maintained by them!
This is surprisingly similar to Vanbrugh’s own house, in Greenwich.
Best wishes, Pete.
Oh, OK!
Oh such a beautiful photo. Love all the green. I would not want to walk up that little hill though 😀
Pleased you liked this, Cee 😊
