A folly in a beautiful setting
Stourhead is lovely in Autumn, especially
Wonderful pics
Thank you
You keep follying it up! I love the colour shades in this photo.
I do folly it up, indeed! And it was a good autumn that year ….
I wondered where you would take us to next. Stourhead has quite a few follies.
It does, but I don’t have a record of them all!
Oh what a beautiful setting. Can you tell? I slept in today. Thanks.
Pleased you had a lie-in, Cee. So you will be feeling rested
After the week I had, it was greatly appreciated 😀 😀
Good
Stourhead is somewhere I actually know quite well. During the mid-1970s, we had friends in London who had a rather grand (inherited) ‘country home’, at Mere. That is only about 3 miles from Stourhead, so we visitied often. I have never been back since though.
Best wishes, Pete.
Ah, interesting
I think I might actually have been to this one! Decades ago though.
😊😊
This is folly…in the positive sense. 🙂
Good!
