To See a World in a Grain of Sand...
We had ours last week. Hoping that’s the end of it until the Spring. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
Well, I wouldn’t bet on it, Pete!
I know. Just wishful thinking … 🙂
😳
Brrrr!
It is cold
Winter has arrived.
It would seem so
We had a light snowfall over here in South Germany two days ago, made the children super excited and they stomped their feet on the muddy snow and even rolled a muddy snowman! It´s quite gotten cold as well and it´s not even Winter…
Brrrr
None on the Isle of Wight, but then we don’t usually see it at all. I’ve just been looking at some B & W family pix from 1967 (I thought I’d make some special Xmas postcards with them) and it looks so lovely to see it all covered in snow. AND I was young enough to not be worried about the cold, the slush, the need for boots, scarves and hot drnks!
Yay!
None here in the frozen north…
You’re too cold for snow??
Maybe. 1.5C
Oh, no, I think we were 1degree
None yet in London. We get relatively little these days and rarely before Christmas. We’ve had some heavy frosts however.
Ah, OK…
We had a light covering of rain this morning. LOL Nice photo. 😀 😀
We get rain tomorrow, I think…but the snow w@S good to see….it didn’t last long
I really do like seeing a light dusting of snow…it looks so fresh.
Yes I do…but happy when it’s gone!
Nice! Looks like just the right amount to give you that winter feeling but not to be there too long or cause any problems.
Exactly!
such beauty to discover upon waking
Yes, it was a surprise
