I was in West Sussex this weekend, and my friend and I found some wonderful old rural churches. This one, St Andrews at Didling was a 13th Century shepherds church, nestling at the foot of the Downs, very solitary.
And inside, a very simple church lit only by the light coming through the windows, and candles…so I had to use a very high ISO as it was evening. On the altar cloth were embroidered sheep:
