I’ve had a trawl through the archives for this, as autumn hasn’t arrived here yet. I love the display of autumn colours in the trees:
Autumn colour across the lake, Painshill Autumn Colour1 Autumn Colour2 Backlit autumn leaves Autumn reflections
Linked to Lens artists at Amy’s here
A very fine trawl too, Sue.
Thank you, Tish!
A very beautiful selections for the colors of autumn, Sue. I love the reflections especially. The motions shot was clever and creative! The last image, breathtaking…
Thank you! I love autumn, and Sheffield Park Garden put on a wonderful display in 2015…that’s where the motion shot and that last image were taken
All just lovely. I haven’t bothered looking as I’m sure I haven’t got any. I can’t remember me ever photographing autumn colours and I was never the USA for falll.
Pleased you like these, Mari….several were photographed back in 2015 at Sheffield Park garden in East Sussex, a great place in a good year for autumn colour….
Tasty selections and the closing photo was a powerful color blast to end with! Autumn color delight sue
Thank you, Yvette!
☀️💚
Like Amy, I particularly love the last one.
Thanks, Margaret…taken in 2015 at Sheffield Park garden
I’ll probably have to do the same.Yours are wonderful!
Thank you!!
Beautiful autumn colors. I think they are some of my favorite colors 😀
Thanks, Cee….some of my favourite colours too!
These are beautiful Sue – I especially loved all of your reds. I’m with you on coming up short on the season, but even when autumn arrives here it’s nothing like those of the cooler climates. I’m really enjoying this week’s responses. On the other hand when winter arrives they’ll be wishing they were here LOL
Pleased you like these, Tina…..and don’t talk about winter…..it’ll be here all too soon
The acer is lovely, Sue.
It sure was!
GREAT selections. Well done.
Thanks, John!
Beautiful autumn colors, Sue. Where was that last shot taken? Maybe a Japanese garden???
Thanks! That last shot was taken back in 2015 at Sheffield Park garden in East Sussex, a great place in a good year for autumn colour….
Sublime!
Thanks, Cath!
What a beautiful set. Seems like years since I saw that spectacular red
Well, it’s actually a few years since I saw these!
Love these. The last one is my favorite.
Thank you! I like it a lot
A very nice selection indeed, Sue.
Best wishes, Pete.
Thank you, Pete
Yes, I had to resort to the archives too. Your own trawl has produced some real treasures, but if I had to pick a favourite it would be the blurred motion shot – so vibrant and a bit out of the ordinary!
Thanks, Sarah! Pleased you liked these, and the ICM shot is reminding me that I used to be more adept at motion blur images, I seem to have losT my way recently!
I’m sure it would all come back to you. And thanks for the follow btw 🙂
I forget to turn off IS these days….
gorgeous colors, and spots
Thanks!
The red in that last one – just stunning!!
It was quite a sight!
Great colours, Sue! I always am a bit shocked by the colours of the maples!
They can be very stunning
