The vast golden sands of a Norfolk beach at Hunstanton….off season.
Brought to mind the last line of Shelley’s Ozymandias….”The lone and level sands stretch far away”

To See a World in a Grain of Sand...
Beach view…
Never tired of seeing it again and again…
Thank you…I’m doing a lot of nostalgic travelling through photos
Lovely. Miles and miles of golden sand. Even if the rhyme continues ‘in Whitley Bay, Northumberland’
I love the colours… and off-season beaches. 🙂
The colour palette is good, and I agree about off season beaches!
What a lovely beach and golden sand 😀
And I’ve just been told the locals call it sunny Hunny (it’s Hunstanton)!
Sunny Hunny, as they call it here. Haven’t been there this year, but usually go there, or Heacham, once a year.
Best wishes, Pete.
Sunny Hunny!! 😄😂
Even on an empty beach you never seem to feel alone 😔
Maybe
Lovely golden sands, they really do lift the heart and soul.
Yes, indeed
Blue on beautiful gold! Great shot, Sue.
Ah, it was lovely!
oh to be here
Yep…..but not in the grey weather we’re having at the moment!
that’s true – although might have clear skies there!
On the coast, who knows!
love the soft tones of the sand and sea.
As did I!
