I remember the first Stik creation Off Brick Lane. A week or so ago,I saw that Stik had left his mark in Chichester:

Despite their simplicity, there is something endearing about these little figures. So, here are Stik creations I had seen previously – more or less in the order that I saw them…all these in and around Shoreditch, London:
Stik and Sprite In Old Street Running off with an artwork in Hoxton Stik creature eavesdropping Who left that rubbish?
An interesting addition to the street art scene.
I love Stik’s creations!
Love Stik 🙂
Yes, he creates simple, endearing creations!
My daughter posts lots of his cartoons on FB
Stik?Cartoons?
Yep. Usually around four frames with amusing or confusing words
Oh…never seen them!
Actually, I don’t think it’s the same Stik….😳
These are great.
Glad you like them, Ritva!
These are so good, how is it possible that they have so much expression!
Exactly!!
I don’t think it’s “despite” but “because of their simplicity”. They are so open to individual interpretation. I think I like the newest ones best with those long legs and looking down on the bikes. The one if the black and white couple reminds me too much of 7 years in Saudi …
Good points, Elke!
I just looked at them again. And only now did I read the captions. I thought the one in Hoxton was somebody stealing a baby in carrier! 🥴
Funnily enough, so did I when I came across the art at the time!!
😄
Cute figures!
Aren’t they!
Fun finds, Sue. I think they need some leg training to build up those muscles. 🙂
😄😄😄😂
I like them a lot, Sue. There’s something childlike about them.
Yes!
Brilliant, especially the eavesdropping. ❤
Teehee!
