I’m very late for Paula’s Pick a Word in July, but thought I would post a month late rather than not at all….
FLOW – an old image, seen before, but I don’t think I have a better image to illustrate flow:

MASONRY
Here’s some masonry that has seen better times:

RIVERSIDE

Great choices as always, Sue. Challenge nailed! 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
Many thanks, Pete!
All really fit the bill, especially Flow.
Thanks, Mari….I agree, Flow is the best image!
I love the brickwork on the doorway. What took my eye in particular where the two pieces of broken roofing tile that were stuck in to fill the gaps.
Yes, a bit curIOUs, as they barely fill….
Great photos Sue. Better late than never for this lot 🙂
Thanks, Pete!
Pete? I’ve been called worse 😂😂
Oooops, sorry, Brian 😳
I stayed in a hotel one time on the River Arno in Pisa – The Hotel Royal Victoria.
Can’t recall the name of the one we stayed at
Was it this one?

I remember your post…no, it wasn’t that one. It wasn’t quite such faded splendour (!!) but not entirely dissimilar….
Thanks for taking me there, Sue. I missed Paula’s offering last month 🤗💕
Pleasure, Jo!
Beautiful threesome, Sue!
Thanks, Elke!
Lovely. I like travelling through your photos. Don’t worry about a month delay. xo
Yay! Well, did I miss August words??
Enjoying these shots, the waterfall…lovely
The ‘waterfall’ was actually a huge fountain at the Villa d’Este!
Beautiful photos, Sue.
Thank you, Sheetal!
