This week for Life in Colour, Jude is asking whether we have images of red clothes….To my amazement I found a few!
Here’s some red under the jacket, and red shoes:

OK, this ones a bit purplish, but I thought I could get away with it….

A man in red walking past some red chairs, under some red flags!

And for a good splash of red, here I am in bright red, when I was putting images together for a Cup of Coffee and a book last year. Fun trying to get the focal point when I had the camera on a tripod and using the self timer! I couldn’t do it now as I am less steady on my feet…..

Good ones, Sue. The second one is very red. 😀
Thanks, Sylvia!
You never fail to find something for any of these challenges, Sue. Well done!
Best wishes, Pete.
I surprise myself!!
Lovely to see you in red Sue, it suits you. And I would say the tree surgeon’s t-shirt is a lovely wine red. Thanks for finding these images ❤️
Thanks, Jude – pleased you like these!
Truely enjoyed these, I agree heyjude above
Many thanks, Ritva!
Lovely photos Sue, you even got away with the not so red one 😂
Wine red was the comment!
But is it red not a shade of red that isn’t quite red 😂😂🤣
That’s enough of your cheek, Brian….. 🙄
Love the self portrait Sue – really well done!
It was tricky!
I think a very nice experiment a day, to look for, and when out to find it is surprising in how many shades and colors one starts seeing, thanks Sue, kind of prodded me to do it once in a while.

Thanks
Loving that last one 🥰
😄
Love your expression!
Teehee! Waiting form the shutter to fire
I love the self-portrait. And the workman and his wine-coloured T shirt.
Ah, that self portrait…..a miracle of managing not to fall over when rushing into position after setting the self timer on the camera on tripod
Well done!
Yep, and I couldn’t do it now
Isn’t it interesting how one bit of red in a picture brings out all the other reds in that image – I particularly see that in the Hedge Cutter picture – the red ends to his shoes, the red rope and toggles… fantastic! 🙂
Agreed, Emma…there can be ‘hidden’ colours as well as the main element of the image! 😊
yes… so interesting!
… I’m gradually learning about composition and photography – thank you!!
Good!!
Hi, Sue! *waaaves* Lovely light!
Yay!!
