This week, Jude asked for images of red transport, so I’ve hunted the archives, and this is what I’ve come up with:
A tram in Innsbruck in the 1980s

….and a tram in Lisbon in the 21st century:

Now for a trains – here’s a narrow gauge train in the Harz mountains of Germany with a bright red wagon:

A canal boat

and a sportscar or two
Alsace, France, 2009, September, autumn
And finally, a tractor

You’ve found a lot!
I knew there were a few lurking….the Innsbruck one took a bit of finding
Good searching, I especially like the train.
That train in the Harz was great!
Yay! You found the Innsbruck tram! Also some red in the tower there too. Is that first red sports car yours? Love the train shot and the canal boat is a first. Thanks for hunting these down Sue 😊
My car (that was) is in all the images!
What a beauty!
It was huge fun, and sad that I no longer have it, but that’s life
Irony is I wanted to see more of the Red sports cars – it that a MG Midget? In amongst them?
There’s an Austin Healey Sprite.- fore runner of the Midget in all the images
Fabulous red transport Sue. Glad you had a good look around 🙂 🙂
Yay!
Good to see your Sprite again, and the others you selected were perfect.
Best wishes, Pete.
Thanks, Pete, pleased you liked this post
Excellent!
And I love that little Healey Sprite! Wouldn’t mind it sitting on my drive 🙂
Thank you…..and I did love that little car….so many adventures
Oh what fun transportation reds you’ve captured. 😀 😀 I want a train ride now 😀
Teeehee!
In college I dated for a nanosecond a boy with a bright read Alfa Romeo. That came crashing back as I saw all that red. Thanks. I did enjoy my one ride.
Oh, pleased to have brought back a ‘blast from the past’!
I remembered some cringe worthy moments. The highlight was definitely the car.
😊😊
crikey you had a few then!
Yep….and I didn’t include the London buses!
Lots of interesting red transportation, Sue. Red is the best colour for a sport car. 🙂
Thanks, Sylvia,
