To See a World in a Grain of Sand...
Someone was in a hurry when they pegged that out!
Yep!
I really like this one!
Thanks, Becky! Minimalistic!
Gosh, a bit of a mish mash here, how ever will that lot dry?
Thrown on the line!!
Still coming! Well done, Sue. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
I think there’s one more!
I’m sure they are flying football shirts and Italian flags on this washing line today! 🙂
Grrrrr
Honest? I’ve been brought up (like most Germans my age and I think that goes for many younger ones as well) to think of the English/British as the epitome of fairness in sport and life. To see the behaviour of the English fans (not hooligans, the average fans) booing other nations’ hymns, booing in situations where respect was asked for, and the English players discarding their medals almost immediately – that was so disappointing. It makes me turn even more to rugby than before because I loved the fan interaction with English (and Scottish) fans when we were in the UK for the Rugby World Cup in 2015, i.e. I am not anti-English, I think I’m anti-football. Nevertheless I cheered for Italy in the end.
Well, actually I don’t like football, and agree with your disappointment at the behaviour of English fans. But also, from what I was told, the Italian players fouled a lot…..
The English did, too. And boy! Football players can act! Roll around, cry, and perform. It’s just not something one sees at rugby.
Nope, Rugby is a game I do watch..no Prima Donnas there! But motorsport is my sport….
Rather than watch the football last night, I tuned in to the Vienna summer concert from Schönbrunn!
Seems like the better option.
Well, I thought so!
Oh, I really like this one, the shirt seems to be out there dripping on someone below… there is a story to be written here.
Teehee, you may be right!
Must be about the untidiness washing we’ve had!
Possibly!
Obviously ran out of space and pegs. 😅
