Sorting through the archive recently, I came across this image previously discarded because the shadows were too deep….. but I have rescued it. A scene in a shop somewhere in Havana over 15 years ago

It is great you saved the image. Stunning composition.
Thank you, Inese!
A successful rescue, Sue
Thanks! I thought so….it was taken with my first crummy little 6MP digital point and shoot which had very limited capabilities
Oh, Sue- I LIKE this! 🙂 🙂
Thanks, Jo!!
I’ve learned too late that I should have kept a lot of images from long ago as with new techniques in photo manipulation they can often be rescued – especially shadowed ones. Glad you kept this one. It’s a typical Cunab scene.
Well, I’ve ditched a few that might have been saveable…
That shop seems to sell a strange assortment of stuff. Well done with saving the image, Sue.
Best wishes, Pete.
It was curious!
Wonderful photo. 😀 😀
😊😊
Such an intriguing variety of objects from the bird cages to the matador rug. Glad you saved this snapshot of Havana.
Well, I was pleased I had it….but d’you know, I never noticed what was depicted on that rug before!
Fabulous shot
Thanks, Becky! So pleased I didn’t ditch it!
so are all of us 🙂
Seemingly so!
