Monday Washing Lines

OK, not the stars of the show, but you can see washing on lines above the canal here….after seeing the photo Andrew on a previous week, I thought I would check my few Venice images, and voila! (or whatever it is in Italian):

view up a side canal

  1. Eccolo! And you have just joined the long list of WP commenters that Gmail has decided is dangerous. I’ve told then, yet again to p*** off. Great washing!

  2. Anyone that has taken a photo of a Venice canal is certain to have a washing line picture.

  3. I love this one, irrespective of the washing, Sue 🙂 🙂

  4. ahhh – fun to
imagine you had this in the archives – fun to see things hiding in some of our photos and i like the laundry and the mood of this canal capture

  5. There is always something so ‘Continental’ about washing hanhing out of windows. Not ssomething seen much over here.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  6. Have to hope the line doesn’t snap!

  7. Nice shot. Like you, since Andrew posted I went to look for some laundry shots and, Eccolo! (thanks Margaret) I’ve already posted for today, but I’ll get a Monday laundry shot up next week. Till then, I’m enjoying everyone else’s images. I’ve never been to Italy, so yours is particularly nice.

  8. I once lived in an area that forbid hanging wash out to dry! Apparently it was too low class.
