To See a World in a Grain of Sand...
It’s amazing what those pristine white sheets can do for the looks of a garden and a whole town.
Yes! Until it starts to melt!
I know. We had a small sprinkling of snow sometime between 5 am (when the cat decided he was hungry – there was nothing) and 7 am (when the son needed to leave for work) and it was all gone by 10am. Now the weather needs to decided if we deserve ice or mud.
Hmmm
Doesn’t it look pretty, specially when you can just enjoy it from inside!
Yep!
You must do an image compare thingy Sue 🙂
Oh, OK, I might,!
so peaceful ❄️❄️❄️
Yes…and we’ve had a gentle pink sue rise this morning
oh that sounds like a njce way to start the day
It was!
It seems everyone had snow yesterday – except us.
Well, we were only copying you, you got there first!
I love your ‘gentle pink sue rise’. What HAVE you been up to?
Doh! Typo went unnoticed…. But it does raise a smile!
Indeed!
Snug and warm inside! 🙂 🙂 Let it snow….?
I’m staying in…icy out
😫💕💕
Looks nice of course, but I was happy that it missed Beetley this time.
Best wishes, Pete.
😊😊
Snow makes everything look beautiful until it turns to slush. Have you still got it? My daughter took some lovely photos yesterday, and today of frost patterns on her windscreen. Looks awfully cold though.
Snow’s still here, but cold and icy
Best stay indoors then. Frozen snow is treacherous.
Precisely
It all looks so crisp as if it is has settled and set on frozen leaves. Magical.
It was rather good, but nearly gone on the rooftops now….
Becky mentioned she had snow, guess you did too. We’ve been cold and a little rainy, but not cold enough to snow.
Icy now
I don’t like ice at all. Too dangerous. 😀
I agree these days
When I was in my 20s I fell on ice and broke my foot in 2 places, needless to say I don’t like ice. 😀
So pretty!

Yes, there’s something about the first covering of snow
Unusual for you? Or not?
Yes it is, these days
I’m beginning to envy those people who are getting flurries of snow. We seem to have no chance of it here in my neck of the woods. It would certainly change the scenery for a while.
Well, that’s one way of looking at it, Mari!
We just had nearly the same amount across the ocean from you.
Well, amazing things do happen!
