Climbing High Up – Square Up (4)

Today we are in Alsace, France, again…this time in the far north of the region, and I had gone in search of a ruined castle, but first, I saw a climber…..From where he was, it was a long way down!

  1. oh my – rather them than me!

  2. I’ve only one word for this – mad!

Just looking at the picture makes my stomach run cold!

  4. I watch with disbelief serious climbers! But I remember that shot of you abseiling. I found the water below somewhat worrying 🙂 🙂

  5. Now this is a way cool photo. Glad you spotted him and grabbed his photo 😀

  6. I am not afraid of heights, but wouldn’t be keen to hang over them from a rope. 🙂
    Best wishes, Pete.

  7. I have never been there, but it was the ancestral home of my grandmother’s family for centuries.

  8. My knees have gone funny just looking at that!

  9. That would so not be me!

  11. Great photo. I’ve never been a climber – no head for heights – but you’ve captured the action there.

  12. Wow!
My guts and old bones would never allow me to do something like this now 😀
