Up, up, and Away – Looking up (2)

Today, we visit Transylvania, and watch a stork up in the air, and I panned this shot to keep the bird sharp but with the landscape a little blurry to create a sense of motion. Not my best attempt, but it’s what I’ve got!,

  5. I think that’s a wonderful photo, Sue, and very difficult to get right. Well done!
    Best wishes, Pete.

  6. Looks pretty authentic to me 🙂 🙂

  7. Oh Sue, I so adore this photo. Great timing (and luck). 😀

  9. Wonderful image. I assume the stork has already dropped off the baby!

  10. Bird in motion. Something I’ve never achieved, not for want of trying. You have

  11. Never easy Sue – but your bird is tack sharp! Good job.

Thanks, Tina in those days as lugged around a heavy camera and lens weighing 4lb round my neck, I don’t know how people manage with really heavy gear!

  12. I like what you got Sue 🙂

  13. Well done, Sue. Almost impossible to get perfection – it’s about the feeling that you have caught rather than every feather in perfect focus. I love it

    • Sue

Pleased you like it, Debbie…I was enchanted by seeing so many of these birds in the fields, and I’ve shown a flock of them overhead in the past

  14. Perfect clear shot, Sue!

  15. Wow! Great capture Sue!
