I was driven in a patient transport ambulance to a hospital appointment in London today….. the roads were really busy, seemed to me getting close to how it was pre-pandemic

Hope your appointment went okay. Take care of yourself and stay safe 😀
Thanks, Cee.
Yes, it looks busy out there. Business as usual?
Seemingly so except for the hospitality sector
And you survived your appointment, and rode home in style? 🙂 🙂 People cannot isolate indefinitely, Sue, unless they are retired.
Not good for the hospitality,y sector, though
I know 😦 😦
That’s London for you. Traffic jams in a lockdown. At least you got a PTS ambulance. They were severely rationed even before I left in 2001. Do you still come under Surrey Ambulance Service, or has that been combined into something larger now?
Best wishes, Pete.
Blowed if I know!
I hope you are doing okay.
Reasonably so…you?
Hope all is well and that you are safe and healthy.
Well, I’m Ok, thanks Marie…..finding life and my health more challenging. Hope all well with you
Yes, I agree with you, same here in Ipswich. I notice walking down to see my father that I now have to use the zebra crossings again. Good wishes to you, hope things aren’t too bad.
Not too bad, Agnes. How are things with you?
It’s all a bit up and down these days, but looking at a beautiful autumn sunset is a mood lifter.
Yes, it is
Hope your appointment went well. Take care.
Thanks, Su!
Hope you are OK?
Thanks, Ritva, I’m Ok
Good to hear!
Thank you!
Thinking good thoughts for you.
Thanks, Sherry!
What a mess. I don’t miss having to drive in traffic and am glad you got a ride and didn’t have to maneuver the traffic yourself.
Oh, I wouldn’t have done….I don’t do driving in heavy traffic anymore if I can avoid it
Me neither.
roads are definitely returning to pre lockdown levels, and I think they are going to get busier and busier as everyone is shunning public transport. Not great for the environment 😦
Not great for the environment at all….
