Yep! 🙂 🙂
Ta!
Kinda seasonal, and also kinda my mood!
Oh, crumbs
MrB just took me out for a walk which has helped. I have lost my extraordinary pilates teacher, and the alternatives are all lovely but just not the same. It really has knocked me sideways, which is so unlike me . . .. don’t worry my usual smiley internal self will return soon I am sure 🙂

Do you use the equipment or mat work? If latter I was finding Zoom working really well up until the teacher change
Mat work….but I don’t have access to a Zoom meet. No idea where to find such a class round here
Take a look at this – http://www.bodycontrolpilates.com/shop/teacher-finder.php
Ta, I’ll take a look
Oh, seasonal indeed …. just.

Best wishes, Pete.
Yep, weird old year
