Well, here’s my first ‘Kind’ square. loving having a good distraction, thanks Becky!
This image was taken many years ago with my very solid (built like a tank) completely manual Canon FT and Ilford FP4 film,D&P done by me on my return home. I was in Snowdonia, at Dolbadarn castle, looking across to the remnants of one of the old slate quarries around Blaenau Ffestiniog
Linked to October Squares at Becky’s here
Lovely. It really works in b/w.
Wonderful image, Sue, I love it.
And you should link it to Cee’s B&W today too (I’ll also be featuring sheep) 🙂
Thanks, Debbie….a glimpse from my past. I’ll check Cee’s out
Yes, too cute.
Absolutely! Thanks for commenting
Kinda cute your two of a kind 😀
very cute – I can imagine that mommy sheep saying “I told you not to go down there!”
I rather think so!
Such a charming portrait of a mom and her child. She does look kind. 😍
She does, doesn’t she!
Always good to see photos shot on film. Nicely developed too!
Best wishes, Pete.
I did love film, especially B&W, back in the day, Pete
Kinda proud looking Mama Sheep.
Kinda proud indeed!
Fabulous start Sue 🙂
Thanks Brian! Today was a real challenge because I had to hit the ground running with the block editor with no practice! But the post published, so job done!
Well done but you should have been using blocks Sue. Wasn’t it easy?
oh this is so cute, Sue! love it! 🙂 🙂
Awesome photo and love the idea of a camera being built like a tank!
Thanks! The camera had a solid metal chassis, and was dropped more than once with no ill effects!
Amazing! Built to last
My, that ewe is so fluffy!!
“How many times do I have to tell you to stay on the level ground?”
Couple of real cuties. Really like the b&w. Dramatic. 😊
