Lens-artists Weekly Photo Challenge #110 – Creativity in the time of Covid

When I first locked down, knowing that I wasn’t going to be out of and about for a while, I started a personal project entitled ‘ A cup of coffee and a book’.

These have all appeared on this blog earlier, but here is a selection:

  1. That’s a fabulous idea Sue. I really like them all. If forced to choose I’d go with the image that has a camera (not surprisingly LOL). Terrific example of creativity.

Many thanks, Tina! It was a great project, I kept finding new ways of combining the book and cup, new light…all created on my dining table!

  2. And what an enjoyable project that was Sue. Nice that you can get out and about again though.

  3. I love all the series you do. This is another good one.

  4. As you know, I particularly liked that series, and was sad when it ended.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  5. Definitely a book in the making here

  6. I loved these images first time around Sue; and still do

  7. Amy

incredibly beautiful, Sue! I love how you capture the sunlight, very cool and creative. 🙂

  8. It was a fabulous idea Sue 😀

  9. Hmm. I thought I’d commented yesterday but it seems to have gone AWOL. So glad you’ve given these another outing!

  10. Great series. Well done. (I have to go now, and refill my coffee cup.)

  11. I remember! A good way of being nosey about someone else’s books apart from anything else!

  12. Love this, Sue – you are so clever!

  13. I like how you highlighted the slanting lines of light in these shots. That really adds depth to these images.
