When I first locked down, knowing that I wasn’t going to be out of and about for a while, I started a personal project entitled ‘ A cup of coffee and a book’.
These have all appeared on this blog earlier, but here is a selection:
Linked to Lens artists at Tina’s here
That’s a fabulous idea Sue. I really like them all. If forced to choose I’d go with the image that has a camera (not surprisingly LOL). Terrific example of creativity.
Many thanks, Tina! It was a great project, I kept finding new ways of combining the book and cup, new light…all created on my dining table!
And what an enjoyable project that was Sue. Nice that you can get out and about again though.
Yes, good while it lasted, but good to get out!
I love all the series you do. This is another good one.
Many thanks, much appreciated, Dawn
As you know, I particularly liked that series, and was sad when it ended.
Best wishes, Pete.
One dayI may find another…around wine bottles, perhaps?!!
Definitely a book in the making here
Well, I had planned to make one, but it hasn’t happened yet!!
Still time, an autumnal project
May well be!
😊

I loved these images first time around Sue; and still do
Many thanks, Su – that’s great to hear!
incredibly beautiful, Sue! I love how you capture the sunlight, very cool and creative. 🙂
Many thanks, Amy! This project inspired me!

It was a fabulous idea Sue 😀
Many thanks, Brian!
Hmm. I thought I’d commented yesterday but it seems to have gone AWOL. So glad you’ve given these another outing!
I thought it strange that you hadn’t commented, so thanks for coming back! Pleased you like the second outing!
Great series. Well done. (I have to go now, and refill my coffee cup.)
😊😊
Many thanks, John!
I remember! A good way of being nosey about someone else’s books apart from anything else!
Teehee!
Love this, Sue – you are so clever!
Thanks, Ann Christine!I have my moments!
;-D
😄
excellent
Thanks!
I like how you highlighted the slanting lines of light in these shots. That really adds depth to these images.
Thanks, Patti! It was all about the light!
