To See a World in a Grain of Sand...
Cooler temperatures must be a blessing for those regular runners.
Best wishes, Pete.
Well, it’s not much cooler yet
It is here, so I thought it might be there too.
Give it a day or two
You’d need to jog here to keep warm too. 16 degrees today. Brrrr.
Wow! Still high 20s here”..
And we’ve got outdoor theatre tonight …. windy too.
Been STAIR rods here for an hour, and thunder….and a tad oiler Phew
Phew indeed. Hold the rain please till after the performance …
Cooler not oiler…
No, that would be unpleasant.
Precisely
For a second I thought it was Six Word Saturday and wondered what had happened to the rest of my week. 🙂 When I think of black for exercise, I often think of my s-i-l’s comments when they lived in Provence and cyclists came by in the summer heat all dressed in black. It was either “Tourists” or “Belgians.” 🙂
janet
I like it, Janet!
I wouldn’t have thought black was the best colour to wear in the heat, mindst you I can’t understand how anyone can jog in the heat at all! We did eventually see some sun here today, briefly in the afternoon and temperatures climbed to 25 degrees. Back in the fog again now though.
I can’t understand how anyone would jog on a road sin dark colours
Yes, difficult to see. As are many cyclists. Lots of them around too, some idiots not even wearing helmets. Goodness knows how there aren’t more accidents.
Yep, agree
Well, I’m envious of 25, we’ve had 35…. Bad news about your fog
Had fog practically every day this week. And rain in the early morning, but no storms as far as I am aware. A bit muggy. And it is so crowded down here that I really don’t mind staying at home.
Yes,I suspected that might be the case
Oh, but Genna got an amazing shot of a stag in Bushy Park. It was eating the tree she was sitting under! Apparently a whole load of deer came to cool off in the water 💦
Oh, wow!!
I’ll see if I can copy it and post it on the blog.
That would be good
Not my choice of colour in the heat, but it might hide a bulge or two 🙂
Cooler here in Edinburgh now, storms have hopefully passed, but fog and cloud for next few days
Still showing storms here for next few days, but it is cooler
It’s the high twenties here this week too
OK
Winter 😁
Yes, of course
