There’s a Cobweb in the Corner

At a friend’s yesterday, and she was telling me that she and her (adult) kids are clearing the house and garden sheds of unwanted ‘stuff’collected over the years,

She was telling me about one of the sheds which had a mass of cobwebs and spiders, like a Halloween horror item…..alas, they’ve cleared it all up, and I only found one lone cobweb for my photo explore…..

  1. Oh, what a shame. Those cobwebs would have been quite a photo project.

  2. I think there may have been more than one cobweb as the WP gremlins are having a moment

I got a pingback on my page saying this post has been linked to me . . .however I can see very clearly when I hover over your link above that it goes to Debbie. Really bizarre

  3. Tom

    I like a good cobweb! 🕸 🙂

  4. Reminds me of a few years back. I’m not the world’s best housekeeper. A friend had come to visit and having never been to our then new flat he looked around curiously and of course, found a spider web near the ceiling in the hallway. He pointed it out (he is a good friend so he is allowed!) and I quipped: “Oh, we decorated early for Halloween this year!” It’s one of the few times that I actually had a spot-on answer (and not, as usual, only had the idea when it was way too late). 😀

  5. A great 6 words, Sue. And I like the cobweb.
I bet your friend was glad she had done most of her tidying before you arrived with your camera 😉

  6. Julie won’t even venture into our garage because of all the spider webs. They are quite impressive, I have to admit.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  7. I like spiders, too, but it takes a ton of them to make a decent meal…

  8. Spider webs bring character, but they also bring spiders! I tend to keep mine around until after Halloween! 🙂

  9. yes, that would have been a good subject. and if there were some spiders, even better 😉

  10. Those cobwebs will come back quickly if the space remains unused

  11. Well, perhaps I oughtn’t to say it, but it still looks shabby enough for your tastes, Sue? (hope she doesn’t read this!) 🙂 🙂

  12. Better luck next time! One is surely enough for me…
