Delighting in Our World
No, daisies don’t form ‘clocks’ but I’m not sure what it was.
Ah, OK….told you I was an ignoramus when it came to plants!!
Jude is suggesting Coltsfoot or Hawkbit….
Jude knows a thing or two.
She does, indubitably
Could it be a Dandelion? I know even less about plants. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
I’ve never seen a dandelion that diminutive, Pete!
Coltsfoot! Which is part of the daisy family, but I can’t quite make out the leaves. Or Hawkbit which has a similar leaf to a dandelion. Whatever it is you don’t want it in your lawn 😉
Ah, OK….you are always a mine of horticultural information, Jude
I know a lot about weeds!
Ah, the bane of the gardener…
Indeed. Just pulled out another ton of bindweed! It grows about a foot a minute at the moment!
Bane of my life at my house in the past
And mine!

Oh to have a chance to blow on it and watch the parts scatter. Very beguiling photo.
It was tiny, Elizabeth….I didn’t have the heart to blow on it!
