2020 Photo Challenge: #24 – Close up/ Macro

BeeThis week, Jude has stated:

This week's assignment - We are looking at the shallow depth of field again this week to get close up to your subject. Use either a macro lens OR the macro setting on your camera to get in as close as you can and still retain a sharp focus

I have no such thing as a macro lens, and my manualdexterity is no longer up to using fiddly macro
extension rings, so I have resorted to searching
the archives for sharp subjects in the foreground with an out of focus background - shallow DOF:

Well, your search was worthwhile as these are brilliant and just what’s needed I should think.

  8. oh these are gorgeous. What a lovely collection . . . . something is going weird though with the text at the start. Is that just my laptop?

No, I copied Jude’s text, and as I continued it formatted the rest like that- I should have gone into ‘text’ mode and changed it😳😳

  9. Lovely. Particularly that bee.

Beautiful series, Sue! The image of the droplets is my favorite.
