To See a World in a Grain of Sand...
Must runners here seem to hunt in packs of two. 😊🏃♂️🏃♂️
Some do here…
Maybe he’s only going for a pint of milk?
Hahaha!
What a lovely road.
Isn’t it
This is a scene which is becoming increasingly scarce here in Singapore – although I am still able to find quiet streets to exercise on.
Thank you for pointing towards Alan Stilltoe: I am having such fun googling him and the short story now.
Glad you still find some quiet streets, Ju-Lyn
I am too. But it is good to see that people are taking the opportunity to be outdoors, get some exercise.
Yes, indeed!
He’s running so we don’t have to.
Well, there’s a thought!
I’d like to live on a road like this . . is it always quiet though or is it usually a commuter rat run?
No, no…it’s a private road
I can dream then of living on a road like this!
Oh, not for me now, too secluded for a person with mobility issues
oh it is not within walking (chair) distance of anything?
Well, it would be, but not quick
Similar scenes here most days. They make me feel ‘unfit’. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
I know I am, especially as I am going along in a wheelchair…..
Great image … I think he is just want to feel his personal freedom.
Well, he’s out in the fresh air!
