Being somewhat preoccupied of late, I have cheated and used a series of images I took when we were in the Languedoc in 2010.
we were staying in a Gite, can’t remember exactly where, but the view was tremendous and I took a series of images at different times of the day,
Fortunately, exif data can tell you what the time was!

Oh, don’t post pictures from round there! It makes me homesick.
Oh, sorry! But it was easyish for me to post.
Forgiven. I liked them a lot.
I’m still trying to remember the town where we stayed…but it was below the very curious Rennes le Chateau, and the castle is the building you see at the top of this series of images
Couiza?
No, no….that’s a place I would have loved to have seen for the old architecture, we were in France
Hmm, well Couiza’s the nearest – the only town really, near Rennes-le-Château. Esperaza? No, I know you’re not going to remember at this distance. It doesn’t matter anyway.
Esperaza sounds familiar, we might have driven there, but I don’t think it was where we stayed
Lovely landscapes
Many thanks!
How lovely. The early morning one is my favourite. I love the layers of light and shade on that one.
Thanks, Jude…I think seeing that on was what struck me, and got me thinking of doing a series
Such a good way to show the change of light from the same spot.
Best wihses, Pete.
It was just a brilliant view!
