I thought I would have a go with just hands, no need to do a full selfie…. Here, in view of the title, I have included a rustic olive wood pot with some olive forks

More little things in life
I like the feel of this one. It reminds me of an oil painting. (Dutch again?)
Best wishes, Pete.
Hmm, not sure about Dutch…but glad you like this, Pete
I like this one too.
Thank you, Gavin…I do enjoy a challenge!
Yes, not Dutch, but certainly atmospheric. Nice!
Pleased you think so, Margaret – this is one of my favourites from this series
this is lovely Sue, and you’ve ironed the table cloth!!
😄😄😄🍷
The lighting’s lovely and I think I might like that book 🙂 🙂
Jillian Tindall writes some good stuff
Nice shot, Sue! Love the sunlight and shadows.
Many thanks, Amy! I’m trying to ring the changes with this series, probably time to finish it soon….
Looks like a book that I’d enjoy. Can I have a glass of wine with my olives? 🙄
Well, yes, but manzanilla sherry would be better…olives destroy the flavour of wine
Oh, I never knew that.
Well, you do now!
A little too much for me in this one. I would love to see just hands and a book. Maybe a next series after coffee cup and book.
Ah, well, did do just hands and a book, buried in the Lens Artists challenge!
Missed it I guess.
😄
Excellent. One of my favourites too. Great focus and hands are always a photographic winner.
Thank you, Debbie! Agreed, this one worked for me, and I had always intended to do a ‘hands’ image
Beautiful. I think having just the hands is better. Allows you to show more detail, which increases the intimacy of the scene.
Thanks, Michael, I may be doing more of those!
