Oh yes! What a blast from the past. And you still have your childhood copy? Wonderful!
Some things I still keep!
Lovely!
Glad you like it!
Nice composition
Thank you, Sheree!
One of my favorite books! Lovely bit of nostalgia Sue!
Thank you! Two pieces of nostalgia – one is the book from many years ago, the other is the little bear, bought around two decades ago in Germany
Is he a Steiff?
He is, indeed….
😍
Nice to still have that book, and a cherished bear too. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
Indeedy!
Another lovely composition. All my childhood books went many years ago along with lots of toys when we moved house at the age of eight. My mother gave them all to Barnardos! I only have a very battered teddy (my son finished him off, until then he was in fairly good shape) and a pottery doll, also not in good shape, that have miraculously moved with me many, many times.
well, I don’t have much left…
I loved this pairing. I have the Milne book of my late aunt which is about as old as yours. The bear is well loved too.
The Milnebook was my mother’s before mine….
I thought we were closer to the same age. That explains it.
😊😊 I like to keep people guessing!
I have a Winnie the Pooh compendium 🙂 🙂
Bless!
A great pair – wonderful book and I love ted! Must introduce him to my Sam some time soon 🙂
Glad you like this bear!
Love it. The placement of everything is perfect.
Pleased you like it, Meg!
everything Meg says xxx
This is interesting…because this is one of my personal least favourites…!!!
A Teddy Bear and I will love anything!
Haha!
I so enjoyed poring over your photographic composition …. discovering the Milne book & Teddy watching over your reading over tea!
Thank you, Ju-Lyn!
My copy is on the shelves behind me!!
Brilliant!
