Lovely composition Sue; and wonderfully relaxing colour palette.
Yes, I thought it was relaxing, Su!
Loving the blues!
Thank you, Jude! Jo said it was stylish!!
You could do worse than being in that situation, and you photographed it beautifully.
Many thanks, Michael!
Good choice of book, Sue! :)~
Best wishes, Pete.
Indeed!
Very nice. Coffee and NO CAKE!
I rarely eat cake…you’re as bad as Jo!!
To be fair, I’m more like you than Jo in this department.
Alright, I’ll believe you!
Inspiring 🙂
Thank you!
🙂
Oh, this is good! A genius series. And lovely colours.
Pleased you like it, Meg! Plenty more, with different colours to come….
Another fabulous coffee still life, noticed you have drunk this one!
Well, there was a bit left in the bottom of the cup, but the angle was such that you wouldn’t have seen it!
Every year Pantone comes up with a color of the year so that designers can have coordinated offerings. This year it is Classic Blue. You are on the cutting edge of fashion with your cup!
Yay! A friend gave me that cup for the year 2000…2 decades ago!
It really is a classic.
I’ll show you the design sometime
Loving all the blues! Vary elegant and another nice cloth.
Thank you, Anabel. This cloth is my favourite of the ones I own, embroidered on very good quality linen by one of my Great Aunts 70 or 80 years ago, I would say
Wonderful! I thought it looked hand-embroidered. Is it based on the Willow Pattern? I can’t quite see enough to tell.
Yes, Willow Pattern!
