Trawling through the archives on the computer, as opposed to searching my Wordpress store, I discovered the original image from which the crop I showed earlier was taken. An altogether better view, I would say, as you get the general air of decrepitude and decay:
I prefer this to the previous version. Lovely tones and textures. I have a few of these ghost signs myself lurking somewhere or other!
Thanks, Jude! Hope you find a ghost sign or two to show us!
I like it!
Good!!😊
Terrific image, Sue. Inviting warm colors and great textures.
Many thanks, Jane, glad you like it!
I like both photos – and I love ghost signs (I don’t know if I’ve heard them called that but it sure makes sense).
Thanks!
Is someone living in the right hand part? I see curtains.
Not a clue, Sylvia!
Yep! I like that, Sue 🤗💕
Yay!
🙂 🙂
Ww
Who? Drinking again, Sue? I admit, I have been. Out with Marie tonight 🙂 🙂 She’s back to the UK soon and I shall be feeding the dreaded cat 😦
Oh, my fingers mishitting keys all too often….
5 fingers might be too many? Just ignore irritating me. Hugs, darlin! 🙂 🙂
😄😄💕
I love that there seems to be another sign under the top one. The colors are inviting even if the overall look is of deterioration.
Yes, I love the layers, and the colours!
Good to see both, to compare. I think they both work.
Best wishes, Pete.
Thanks, Pete!
Oh yes, and that is even better!
Yes, I thought the ghostliness of the words was better in this one…
Great shot, you made in a decaying building look beautiful.
Tell Sylvia that I think I saw a little head peeking under the curtains… that was laugh your answer.
Glad you like it, Charley! As for the head, it had gone by the time I looked!! 😄😄
Sneaky people…
😄😄
I wonder what it looks like now.
Possibly the same?
