Tuscan Ghost sign revisited

Trawling through the archives on the computer, as opposed to searching my Wordpress store, I discovered the original image from which the crop I showed earlier was taken. An altogether better view, I would say, as you get the general air of decrepitude and decay:

  1. I prefer this to the previous version. Lovely tones and textures. I have a few of these ghost signs myself lurking somewhere or other!

  2. Terrific image, Sue. Inviting warm colors and great textures.

  3. I like both photos – and I love ghost signs (I don’t know if I’ve heard them called that but it sure makes sense).

  4. Is someone living in the right hand part? I see curtains.

  5. Yep! I like that, Sue 🤗💕

  6. I love that there seems to be another sign under the top one. The colors are inviting even if the overall look is of deterioration.

  7. Good to see both, to compare. I think they both work.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  8. Great shot, you made in a decaying building look beautiful.
Tell Sylvia that I think I saw a little head peeking under the curtains… that was laugh your answer.

  9. I wonder what it looks like now.
