As I was riding home on the train from Guildford yesterday, I tried to get a few images through the window with limited success, but I thought I would use this one…..the dying of the light on the land in the early evening at blue hour:
Linked to January Squares at Becky’s here
Caught beautifully Sue . . great way to end a fabulous day
Well, not a very good image, but you get the idea!
Exactly!
Love the blue hour 🙂
Thanks, Brian!
The end to a good day 🙂
Indeed!
You do so well with that ‘blue hour’. I never seem to see that here.
Best wishes, Pete.
It is only a short period just before sunrise and after sunset….
No blue hour here yesterday, we were in the cloud! Not much of an improvement today either, but at least I can actually see the garden!
Well, there won’t be any blue hour here today….
The Blue Hour is a lot of fun to catch. Thanks for sharing yours, Sue.
Thank you, Cindy! But I think I have some better Blue Hour taken in the past…
Lovely capture, Sue. I could imagine i was with you on the train. 🙂
Oh, pleased to hear it, Sylvia!
Lovely twilight colors, Sue. Lots of Blue Hour fans!
Seems there are!
Somehow evocative of Thomas Hardy’s locales even though this one isn’t.
Hmmm
