Fading light

As I was riding home on the train from Guildford yesterday, I tried to get a few images through the window with limited success, but I thought I would use this one…..the dying of the light on the land in the early evening at blue hour:

Linked to January Squares at Becky’s here

  1. Caught beautifully Sue . . great way to end a fabulous day

  2. Love the blue hour 🙂

  3. The end to a good day 🙂

  4. You do so well with that ‘blue hour’. I never seem to see that here.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  5. No blue hour here yesterday, we were in the cloud! Not much of an improvement today either, but at least I can actually see the garden!

  6. The Blue Hour is a lot of fun to catch. Thanks for sharing yours, Sue.

  7. Lovely capture, Sue. I could imagine i was with you on the train. 🙂

  8. Lovely twilight colors, Sue. Lots of Blue Hour fans!

  9. Somehow evocative of Thomas Hardy’s locales even though this one isn’t.
