I also have to make do with other people’s sunrises these days, Sue. 🙂
It is only 8 years since I used to see them on the way home from, or going into work, but it seems like a very distant memory now.
Best wishes, Pete.
Ah well, I’m not alone, then
Yes, one of the advantages of the short days of winter in the Northern Hemisphere. Unless you consider 7:30 early.
These days, yes!
Beautiful! I hope your lunch went well 🙂 🙂
It did,thank you, Jo!
Lovely! It’s worth getting up betimes …
Thank you, Margaret! But too early for me these days…
Did you happen to note which month you took the photo? I am intrigued by the different slant of light in different months.
It was in late March
Very nice, Sue. A warming and relaxed image.
I’m not a big sunrise capturer and I have no excuse other than not being a morning person!
Well, I always was a morning person until the last 5 or 6 years, and I just ain’t good at them any more!
Wonderful warm sunrise tones and great silhouette, Sue.
That tree did rather appeal!
A beautiful sunrise. I don’t see many of those and especially at the moment when every day I awake to cloud…
Same for me, Jude!
Previous sunrises are fine with me, but at least this time of year it’s relatively easy to get out to see one, although each day it will be come a little bit harder as the sunrise comes earlier. Have to admit it’s my favorite time of day to be outside.

Ah, well, it’s just bee so cloudy lately you don’t get to see the sun rise, and anyway I’m not up early enough!
