A long time since I’ve been anywhere cold, or seen anything cold, so this is going to have to be a little trip through the archives….can I find my ‘Narnia’ picture fromAustria nearly 3 decades ago?? No, is the answer….
Well, first up

This is about as snowy as it gets in my neck of the woods:

And still the snow stays put

Love your photos.
Thank you, Susan!
It was pretty cold here this afternoon, but you got me beat. 🙂
Good choices, Sue.
Best wishes, Pete.
Thanks, Pete!
Beautiful snowy images, Sue. I suppose there’s cold and COLD. I’m sure I would find England rather cold at this time of year. 😯
Yes, cold and COLD is about right!
The last one’s my favourite for a cold-wet day.
Sending you warm greetings from coast,

Yes, a bit England, eh? Greetings from Surrey!
Much as I love the snowy mountains, your last shot tugs my heartstrings. I miss my UK family more at Xmas, and that scene is how I remember winters in England.
Glad it brought back some memories,Su!
Beautiful images.
Thanks,Celia!
I didn’t even look for one, Sue 🙂 🙂
😄😄
We are about to get our first winter snow storm, and it is very cold already. In fact this morning when I brushed my teeth the tap water hurt it was so cold.
Yikes! Stay warm, stay safe
Milk in the refrigerator, gas in the snow blowing machine, plenty of library books. All is set.
Oh, good!
People seem to get a little crazy without milk and bread.
I would be crazy withou,t veg!
Me too. However the weather forecasters never seem to get people to rush out for fruits and vegies.
They know not everyone will eat the healthy stuff!!
I like to imagine a crush of shoppers in the vegetable aisle all competing for the carrots before the big snow fall.
😄😄😄😂😂
We are toasty warm, although my husband is wearing his hat in the house at the moment.
.😊😊
LOL for your neck of the woods Sue – but loved your “Hills are Alive” image
Great!!
Hi Sue – I like the Swiss mountain scene most -and the trio are a nice take on cold
Thank you, Yvette….I couldn’t find the image I wanted, and these were the only ones I could lay my hands on quickly!
I get it – that has been the case for me a few times – hope your weekend is going well
I had a very sociable Sunday, one friend over for lunch, another turned up out of the blue, and a long chat on the phone to another!!
triple the social love – how nice –
Yep!!
