Today, it’s lines of books, or rather their visible spines on a bookshelf…I converted it to monochrome as I felt that focussed on the lines more…lines of spines, lines in the text, lines of a shadow where the sun was streaming in to the side:

Nice photography books, Sue. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
Oh, yes – but I wish I had more!
Wonderful lines, and lovely to see a proper bookcase full of books!
A place without books is empty to me….books have always been important to me
so true . . .we always take lots with us to Portugal each year. May be a hassle on the journey, but we just cannot survive without a few around the place.
Glad to hear it!
Great lines, great books, Sue. I’ve got a book shot or two to come if I manage to get my posts scheduled before conferences start
Hope you do!
Head titled to the right – title surfing 🙂
😄😄😄
I can never resist a photo of a bookshelf. I examine it closely: what is this person reading?
Oh, absolutely….but you can’t see too much there!
That’s true. But still, I tried.
😊😊😊
Definitely works in black and white.
Thank you, Jacki!
Some things just look so much better in black and white.
That’s very true!
Books are always nice because … books! and there are a few titles I wouldn’t mind paging through. Definitely nice lines and the monochrome works really well.
Thanks, Elke! Give me two of the tiles you would like to flick through…..
Books! Be still, my heart.
😊😊😊
Yay! One of my favourite sets of lines. Life without books is unimaginable.
That’s certainly true in my world, but some people aren’t bothered…
A love a peek at someone’s bookshelves and yours doesn’t disappoint! A real glimpse of passions, dominated by “Beauty in decay”!
Oh, it’s a small glimpse!
