Just thinking I need to get out and take more photographs, but not in this heat….Then I was idly flicking through some images, and thought these were worth showing

Reusing the old gasometer is a great idea. That’s the first time I have ever seen that done.
Best wishes, Pete.
The funny thing about this one is that I was chatting to some workmen on the train probably 5 years ago, and they were telling me that they were commuting up to London, working on this conversion near King’s Cross, and were astounded that people would pay about 1million for a flat…..from their description, this would be he place….
Interesting reuse of the gasometer. I guess any new accomodation is going to be popular.
Well, yes, but this is beyond the pocket of most….
The top one is very reminiscent of my prison for the past several weeks, Sue, and i couldn’t afford the other. 🙂 🙂
Your PRISON, Jo???
That’s how it felt, Sue! A small box with a view of cranes. Not the bird variety 🙂 🙂
OK -that would have me fidgety….
It did! But fortunately we had many distractions. 🙂
