Wow. That almost looks like a book cover! Awesome photo!
Glad you like it, Janet
What a beautiful light you have captured in this photo. It brings back memories of summer evenings.
Glad to have brought back memories, Suzanne!
That barge is going to need a great deal of ‘tending’. 🙂
Nice shot , Sue.
Best wishes, Pete.
Very probably, Pete!
Well caught, Sue. There’s quite a story in that picture
Yes, I rather thought so!
A beautiful shot!
Thank you, Jackie!
I agree with you and Debbie that there’s a story there. Every time I see barges, I think of one of Deborah Crombie’s books where they play a big part. And that’s a good thing. 🙂

Oh, good!
Always a job to be done around boats! Which particular canal, Sue? I’m swapping Leeds for Nottingham tomorrow. Both canal cities. 🙂 🙂
It’s Regents Canal,Jo, on the stretch around Hackney Wick
I thought it might be, though I wasn’t sure which bit 😍💕
Well guessed, then!
This makes me want to paint..
The colors call to me.
Oh, great…pick up that brush!!
That is one fantastic photo!
Many thanks!
Love this one Sue. Would make a great page in a children’s story!
Actually, that’s a good point!
