Now for something a little different – a kind of abstract spiky! Does it work? You be the judge, and do let me know your thoughts!
And just for your information, it started life as a bunch of colourful tulips! So now you know…how to have fun with ICM (Intentional Camera Movement) at home.
Linked to Becky’s March Squares here
This was testing the limits of my ‘eye-power’. Tulips perhaps? When I sit back and look from a distance, it is certainly abstract. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
Tulips indeed, Pete’
I like it. Lots!!l 😊
Yay!
Oh, and does it pass as spiky?
Certainly does 😍
😊😊😊
Love the abstract Sue 🙂
Many thanks, Brian! Does it pass as spiky?
If Becky says so it most certainly does 🙂
😀😀
Many thanks!!
You’re welcome 🙂
😊
Colorful abstract, Sue. I haven’t tried panning on flowers, I’m inspired.
Yay! Do give it a go’
It’s not as easy as it looks. I love your panning shot, beautiful!
Thanks, Amy!
Love this! Color and spiky movement!
Thanks, Angeline!
Works for me. I’ve never heard of ICM before. 🙂

Now you know 😊
I know about UCM. 😳
Do a bit of intentional, Janet!
Is this really just a matter of moving the camera??? I love it.
It is – vertically in this case. But I had quite a few goes before the movement was just right, and the shutter speed slow enough!
So it wasn’t just camera movement. It was shutter speed as well!
Well, of course, it needs to be pretty slow to get the blur!
“Of course” to an expert – not to a techno-challenged rank amateur!
But I’m an amateur photographer, not a pro! But, OK, I do at,tend to my craft, reading, practising
😊😊
I like a bit of abstract 🙂
Great !
