Seen in Shoreditch, I was trying to create a sense of motion, but that didn’t work as I intended – however, I think there is something about this image…..the limited colour palette and slight blur of the girl providing a sense of mystery? A sense of fleeting time……
What do you think?
Works for me!
Thanks, Chris!
The blurred girl suggested motion to me. And she seemed to fit well with the images on the wall too. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
Thanks, Pete! Glad you like it
Yes, it’s a good capture of Shoreditch with the blur and the graffiti. The muted colours help hold it together
Thanks, Debbie! Pleased you like the muted colours
Shadowy, even sinister.
Could be!
movement was your theme and you made a wonderful picture of it.
greetings robert
Thanks, Robert!
The blur of motion is just enough to be balanced with the muted colours of the street art Sue 🙂
Thanks, Brian – glad you like it
You’re welcome Sue 😀
That is a cool shot, Sue!
Thanks, Amy!
What everyone else has said. It’s a really good, interesting shot.
Well, I initially thought failure,, but it has some qualities!
I think if there had been more movement in the girl, the art would recede from view, and I think it’s the play of the two that makes the shot work.
Thanks for your lovely comment, Su…I think you have a good point
😀
Of all your “ones” this is my favourite 👌🏻
Really? Well, glad you like it L
She could be stepping into that wall of dark shapes.
